No follow thru on reservations for honey moon

We went to a seminar for pots and pans with Simplicity Gourmet in St Cloud, MN previous to our wedding. We did purchase Pots and Pans, but didn't need to in order to recieve our "free" vacation. We chose to go to Costa Rica. I got all the information together including our passports and sent in our money order for $49.50 per person per night for our honeymoon. There was no such address and everything was sent back to us. Their phone # is disconnected, there is only this complaint form on their website and their was no such address. We have attempted to contact Simplicity Gourmet and have only be able to leave a message.
