We had the store send a technician over to our house to get our dryer fixed. We had already taken the dryer apart, so he didnt have trouble finding out what was wrong. I went to get the money to pay him, and while doing so he put in the missing part, which was small and seemed unimportant. He didn't even bother reaching into his own toolbox to get a ratchet and bolt, and took ours to fix it. When I came back he was done and got his pay and left. Until then I hadn't noticed that he took the ratchet and bolt that he used. I had to put the dryer back together and I payed the tech $110 so he could put in a $20 part and take our ratchet and bolt. I called the store to notify them of the missing ratchet. They accused us of being "confused" and didnt even give us the parts. Do NOT go to this store unless you want the same thing to happen to you.
