Bait and Switch. Terrible service. Revenue lost because of poor customer service

I was referred to Design Werks by a friend. I was told that they did excellent work. It is a small business that seemed to have a decent portfolio. Jeff told me that it would cost me $2600 to get my truck wrapped and would take them about 2 days. I got them the artwork, which we were going to modify and Jeff asked me if I wanted to trade/barter with him. I agreed. I told him what it would cost for my services, around $3500, at a substantial discount and he agreed. He told me that he wanted to have my truck the day after Thanksgiving and work on it over the weekend. I set up the time but he never called me. The following week he told me that he would get it done and I told him that the truck was to be in a parade on Saturday afternoon and he assured me that it would be completed by then. He changed the time 1 or 2 more times that week until he finally said to bring it to him by 3 pm on Friday and he would have it complete by 11am the next morning. At around 5 pm, he called me and told me that he could not wrap my truck. I asked him why and he simply said that he couldn't. With no time left to get the truck done, we were unable to put our truck in the parade, which potentially lost us revenue that cannot be calculated.
