Tom Ext 3013 DO not work for Tom.US Xpress

Tom at ext 3013 claims he has no responsibility. Tom also claims he do not have the time to do what he is being paid to do. I never got any home time and when I did it was 2 weeks late and the 2 weeks he worked the truck across country It was at no profit.

Tom always tried to force the truck to dipatch on low paying loads. He would work the truck into the north east corner of the country making owner operator minumum salary for the week. And the next week there would be no profit due to forced dispatch on low paying freight going west. Tom loved my service when I earned no profit and constantly harrassed me when I did profit.

For example, Tom tried to coerce me into sign over my truck title and title to my home so he can take care of me. Tom always lied about pick up and delivery times. I profited only 65% of the time in Us xpress and their pejoritive master plan. Truckers today require profit 100% due to higher cost. Every time the planned the best paying freight it would cause hos violation to accept.

When I profit they hated me when I do not profit the wanted the title of my truck and home so they as they claim can take care of me. Jeff V. Claimed I would be better off if he was my owner or US xpress. Tom constantly lied about claims, delivery time, service and everything in an effort to claim my sole. Do not go to work for Us xpress. The managers are liers, thugs, and have an diobolical master plan.
