I make my living with my truck. I dropped my truck off to Towbin Dodge to have some warrantee work done plus some other concerns I had.in December I had a Fly wheel among several other things replaced by Towbin Dodge, upon picking the truck up I noticed a sound in the drivetrain of the truck that was not there prior to the repair. I immediately informed the service manager Jeff Rogers and he asked me if I could leave it over the weekend and I said I can't but will bring it back at a later date. I brought the truck back a few weeks later and asked them to look into the problem and also I developed another problem I wanted them to look at. They said sure thing and I left the truck, explaining to them I will need the truck back by next week, no excuses. After four days of the truck sitting there, I got a call and was asked to approve a $300 dignostics charge. I refused and asked them why am I being billed for something that was under warrantee and I never did get a straight anwser. Jeff told me he was in contact with Tech athority and waiting for a call back from them but they are so backed up and don't have enough help. I told him if his mechanics can't fix the problem let me know and I will taek it to another dealer. Jeff told me it's not that, it's waiting for tech athorities approval. My truck sat longer and I started to call three times a day to speek to Jeff Rogers the service manager and he started screening the calls and would refuse my call. After 14 days of this I finally got a call and was told my truck was repaired and come and pick it up which I did the following day. I drove my truck home, parked it, woke up the next morning drove my truck 2 blocks and the same problem happeded all over again. I took the truck to another dealer first thing Monday morning and they had my problem fixed in a day. I lost $3000 of rental truck fees due to Towbin's unneeded delays. Also, when I took my truck to the second dealer, they contacted tech authority to get a history of the repair. Jeff Rogers of Towbin Dodge, Never contacted Tech authority and never informed them of the problem in the first place. Advise, don't ever have a car serviced by Towbin Dodge or anywhere Jeff Rogers may work after he is fired from Towbin Dodge.
