Ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam

Just brakes changed the brakes of my truck (back&front) 3 months ago, because the noise the truck makes everytime that I stoped. The manager of the store-Jeff - charged me $650.00 included all the parts and labor. (It supposed to be $99.00 in most cases).

The next day that I went to work I found out that my truck still hade the same noise, then I went back to the store and spoke with Jeff, and He told me that I have to run the truck for a couple of days so the noise go away, He said; that because the parts are new the truck will make that noise until some time pass.

Time passed and my truck keept the same noise, I could not go back because I had to work overtime in the company where I work (dilling comp.) and beside that I work different shifts; then I have to wait until the comp. Shutdown for a week.

I went back today (06-30) to Just brakes, and I explain to the manager (Jeff) the problem (I guess He did not understood me or did not want to), because He drove up the truck inside and asked the mechanic to check it. 10" later I was called and told that the work of the truck was $513.00. Then again explain to the manager the problem and I told him that the brakes most be repair again and that I wasn't going to pay for the work since Just brakes have a warranty of 6.000 miles. Then He went inside and came back about 10" later and told me that the work will cost me only $170. That showed that they did not perform an honest work and that they ripped me off and they did not care.

By the end they offered to change the "shoes" for free, but I did not let they do that because a mechanic (an AfricanAmerican) told me that the "shoes" won't last longer until all the parts be replaced.
