Non Responsive in Restoring Service Due To Technical Problems

I have been a subscriber to STi Mobile cell phone services for over 3 years.in my State a recent area code change that was effective October has yet to be resolved for my phone's access to the the network, rendering my cell phone inoperable as the network does not recognize it as activated. Repeated emails and phone calls to STi tech support has not resolved the problem and my phone still does not work on the network. Since their cell services are prepaid, my prepaid airtime is not being used as I cannot use the phone.in summary, STi doesn't support it's customers with any sense of urgency or respect. Their geeks in the tech support unit are insulting and have not resolved my problem. I have asked for a refund for unused airtime, wishing to sever our relationship but they have not responded. Simply stated, it's all about them. Not the customer who depends on a cell phone for emergency usage when and if such would arise.
