Calls not going thru - Magic Jack Complaints

I have Family Mobile (which uses the T-mobile cell network). My cell phone can not call my magicJack number. It did work before mid June. Family Mobile says they don't support VOIP (then why, I ask, did it work prior to June). MagicJack blames Family Mobile. Family Mobile suggested it could be a Comcast problem. All this finger pointing. What the heck is the problem?
