Extended Warrantee not being honored by Repairtechinc

When I purchased my plasma television I was offered to purchase (at additional cost) an extended 3 year warrantee w/home service. I took advantage of that offer. On November 10 I started to call Repairtechinc to kick in the warrantee as the television needed to be repaired. Repairtechinc has either not responded to calls, not called back, took phone off the hoook, and basically is not honoring it's policy. When I do (on the very few occasions) get through, it sounds very much like a boiler room operation - lots of chatter w/lots of excuses (i.E. Server is down for over a week).

My next contact will be w/the New Jersey department of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint of fraudulent business practices.
