Warrantty Rip-off Beware! Still selling but NO warranty work

I purchased 5yr in home ext warranty ($349.99) from Repairtech Inc. (www.repairtechinc.com) bought thru BestBuy Plasma online (1-866-660-6602) (1-718-376-2400.. Mr. Benz owner of Bestbuy Plasma, SN Commerce Corp., skynet22, Skynet Communications) on line (www.bestbuyplasm.com now run by Butterfly Photo) on April 29 along with my new Samsung 46" LN-T4665F LCD TV purchase. My manufacturer's warranty expired May.

In December I had a volume issue with the TV and for the past three weeks have tried to contact Repairtech Inc. Via email (10 sent) phone calls (110 made) and fax (4) and have never spoken with a person or even a mechanical device. It rings busy all the time.

I then went online and found hundreds of complaints that mirror my complaints with Repairtech Inc. I have included one of those complaints and as much contact info that I can locate.

I want my $349.99 returned. Repairtech Inc is still online selling and repeating above possible scam to more consumers every day. Some one needs to do something for the pending victims and end this possible fraud and scam.

New Jersey BBB has over 243 complaints and de-certified them due to overwhelming unresolved complaints.

Everyone needs to make report with FTC, New Jersey BBB and your local State Attorney General. I have and they said with more official reports they will start legal action/investigation against Repairtech.
