We purchase grand new motor cycle from Suzuki dealer, they warrantees cover one year parts & labor from front to back, we also buy extended warrantee for additional 5 years, about 3 months later @ 800 miles the battery went out, the bike won't star, we tow it to Mission Motor Sports one of their service department corp. Charge us $202.87 for replace the tiny battery, we talk with Mr. Sisu one of the warrantee service department employee, he say he will call back but never did, next 2 days I call him again, he say he will call me back same day, but never did, I call him again next day & asking for his last name & employee ID # he refuse to give it to me, I left his supervisor Mr. Matt a message, & he call me back & told my wife there is no warrantee on the battery see page # 77 on the warrantee booklet, He also refuse to give out his last name, I think they are trying to hide some thing from me, why they hidden they ID from me? Please give me your advise what can I do next? I already lost $202.87 for the bill, plus AAA tow service, one week out of transportation. I am sorry my English is not very good, hope you understand, I try my best. Tony Van Nguyen
