DecorMyEyes.com Karina Smith from DecorMyEyes does not accept repairs on frames with defective welds that are under warrantee

My titanium frames have had broken welds 3 times starting in May. I paid for the first repair and a 2 yr warrantee in May order 32210 from DecorMyEyes. All is fine so far. Had a second broken weld repaired 6 months later under the May warrantee. Still all is OK. Returned the same frames for the 3rd broken weld Oct. The 2 yr warrantee is no longer being honored for defective welds on the titanium studs. This is the same repair that was done the previous 2 times. I am being asked to pay full price for the repair $60. I purchased a second 2 yr warrantee in Oct and believe that the $10 or $15 cost of this second warrantee to be worthless. I would like my frames returned to me at NO cost, shipping has been prepaid with the 87749 order. I would like a refund on the Oct purchased 2 yr warrantee.
