Harassing phone calls

I continue to receive harrassing calls although I tell them that their information is totally incorrect: I have never bought anything from the company in their claim; I have never been to or lived in the town they claim I live in; in fact, all their information seems to be incorrect.
They want me to give them my true personal data and become unpleasant when I refurse to do so. I have included them on a Do Not Call list, but they still get through. Because, I have great difficulty gettng around, thes calls are particularly annoying and the callers are extremely rude.
