Harassing Calls on Debit out of statue of limitations

This company has been calling for over a year. They refuse to stop calling, are rude, threatening, and don't seem to believe anything I say. They claim that I owe on a credit card that has already been paid. They keep saying that is drawing interest and that it will ruin my credit report. They are so incorrect in their information and refuse to stop calling. I have asked for written report on this supposed debt, but never receive anything from them.
