After refusal of my Payments they sued claiming no payment which of course charged me court fees among other charges

When I attempted to make payments on my accounts at Carter Jones my checks were sent back and I was told that they would not accept them. Only to be sued for non payment. I guess they thought that I would not respond to the lawsuit. I did respond to the lawsuit only to find out that when they did not show up the Court House called them and waited for them to show up. If this had been anyone else the Case would have been dismissed and I would have been the prevailing party.
After they finally showed up we held a mediation hearing. At this time a agreement was reached for payments for 6 MONTHS and they would not charge interest. I made all of those payments and 2 additional payments. At which time I was a stay at home Mom and had limited income. I missed 1 payment (again which after the mediation agreement had been satisfied) and since then they have recieved a payment every month. However they went back to court and recieved a judgement against me and starting charging interest.
I have spoken to the owner of Carter Jones and he claims that I defaulted on the mediation agreement. Again the mediation agreement was for 6 months and in the mediation hearing I was specifially told that these arrangements could only be accepted for 6 months. I have basically been told that unless I can make a lump sum payment of 2000.00 that they will not work with me on the interest even though I upheld my part of the agreement.
It is clear that all they want to do is charge charge and charge so that no one that owes them can pay off the accounts.in fact I have statements that show a large increase in 1 month that has not been explained.

In closing I want to add that I wish that I could send all employees of this company to Afghanistan to fight this war and send our soldiers home to keep them safe and with their family & Proud Army Wife
