Outrageous! VERIZON Filed a complaint against me on a balance I never knew existed!

I WAS SHOCKED today when I checked my credit report. Verizon filed a complaint against me for a balance they say is due - I have NO IDEA what this is about! I never received a call - email - or letter about this - the FIRST I heard was when I found it as a damaging report on my credit profile. VERIZON NEEDS TO BE STOPPED - they are the absolute WORST company when it comes to customer service.

When I was setting up by biz lines back in Feb - I LITERALLY spent 32 hours on the phone trying to get a simple call forward and hunt line set up. UNHEARD OF! I have all of my personal land lines, business land lines, Cell phones, Fios TV and DSL internet with Verizon - I have a relatively high bill every month and I ALWAYS pay my bills! I see there are well over 1400 complaints against Verizon - what can be done to stop this giant of a company from squashing us little people from coast to coast?
