I returned the encyclopedia set UNOPENED at my cost they are still charging me for it! Fraudulent rip-off City

I took a phone call from Scholastic Books trying to sell an encyclopedia set. I could try it for free and if I didn't like the books, just send them back. They would even reimburse me the return shipping.

I received the books. They were rather poor quality. I shipped the sample AND the full set of UNOPENED encyclopedias back to Scholastic at my own expense ($60 bucks!).

They have been billing me and threatening to turn me over to collections for several months. The bad part is that they have received the books! They were delivered by UPS over three months ago!

Now they want me to pay $468 for books that I don't have, plus eat my shipping costs and if I don't pay up, they will turn me over to collections.

Bad bad business!!!
