Best Move! What a joke! Best extortionist

OK what a nightmare had to scramble to find a mover to move stuff out of storage from Florida to Oklahoma. Was Bombarded with calls after going on internet. Decided to use Best Move out of Hollywood because the price sounded good and Jennifer was so nice on the phone. So I contracted them and trusted them to pick up the items from a storage unit without me being there. Jennifer gave me a supposed Binding will not exceed price. What a joke!

They go there two days late pick up my stuff and tell me the price is nearly triple. The move was supposed to go by weight however they dont want to weigh the truck. They tell me the items took alot more cubic footage and that I have to pay for that. I tell them I have a binding contract and they tell me it does not apply.

At this point Jennifer who was so nice is refusing to take my calls after giving me a third parties number to call. I guess she got her cut and that was that. After exploring my options I decide to pay the ransom for fear of never seeing my stuff again. What a scam.

Thought they were a legit company they are on the Better Business Bureau who by the way is useless. Anyone who pays dues can be on the BBB. Jennifer I hope you can sleep at nite. What goes around comes around! Oh by the way they damaged alot of my items and the claim process is a rip off too. Best Move! HA what a joke
