Threatened ripoff abused & mistreated

I ordered flowers from this website for a relative who was hospitalized. She never received the flowers. I went home and reread my confirmation email amd it said to call or email if you have problems. I called twice and was told I would receive a call back that day.

No one ever called me back. I emailed the company to say I was contacting the BBB and AG. I immediatly got an email back and was told I could except a free order and a credit.

I finally received the credit but only after disputing the charge with my credit card company. I was barraged with indecipherable, nasty emails threatening me with defamation because I stated that I was unhappy with their service.

Examples of our email exchange:
"Our policy is written and stated on our policy page concerning email orders (Internet) orders, all concerns must be placed thru email, calling our service center only relates to a message being taken, as our hours on the week ends are Sat am until 12 and closed Sunday in which we do not work"

The statement on the bottom of my confirmation email: "If you have any questions, either email us at floristmac@aol.com or call us at 1-800-346-5047. Our shop is open from 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. On Saturday and Sunday. Our customer service HOT LINE is open 24 hours at 1-800-289-9859. Please have your order confirmation number ready when contacting us."

No where there does it state I must email, and it CLEARLY states they are open on Sundays. This is an example of the 'owners' writing style. (I never did receive any letter.)

"I did take it offensively being called a con artist, that is serious words, and can be used In civil court action, for future reference I would be careful, I am not like that but the company you make off to be a con artist may be." I NEVER said 'con artist' but if the shoe fits.

"Just an update note for you, and this will end between you and I, I have forwarded all email dicumentation to our Attorney as he fills some really bad information has been sent by you, please accept Certified Mail from him when received."
