Never delivered belongings, Took to storage unit 52 miles away, never returned calls, stole 6 boxes, BBQ, trashed our boxes. Told us one price and @ pick up charged another. Dishonest company

We hired USA relocations to move our belongings, when they got to our house the price changed but we were stuck because we had to be out of our house. And after reading the MANY compaints, realize that is what they do. They moved our belongings and put them in a storage unit 52 miles away from where they were supposed. We had not arrived yet so had no idea. They said we had to give them the rest of the money or we would not get our belongings, we wired it to their account. We called well over 30 times to get our stuff delivered to our house and out of the storage unit. The moving company even went so far as to say they were at the storage unit and could we wait... It was 8:00 PM. They never showed up!!! My husband had to go to Iraq for 6 months so we had to pick up the stuff out of storage ourselves and pay more people to help us. I documented with pictures on what our stuff looked like and how full the unit was packed. As I opened and counted the boxes I realized we were missing 6 boxes with many irreplaceable items, as well as our BBQ, Air Compressor, a brand new mattress that was delivered the day of the move had been folded in half and is ruined. This is a company not to be trusted... They gave us the run around for months. The claim company associated with this company was not helpful nor did they investigate our claim and we are out thousands of $. BEWARE of this company and I will do ALL I can to get the word out!!!
