Yahoo Music Unlimited closed its doors effective September 30.
My credit card was charged for 1 more year of subscription on October 4.
Explain that. Further refund 'may' take up to 10 business days, if at all.
They fraudulently stole from my account knowing full well they would not be providing service. Previous notifications mentioned no action needed on the part of consumers to use membership until September 30.
