Inadequate unsatifactory work, Threats of bodily injury and harrassment

10-02-08 a door stop was removed from a lint vent on the Dryer. While the stopper was removed, the dryer was NEVER turned on to see if it worked nor reconnected the vent to the outside.

10-03-08 3 messages were left with NO ANSWER back until the lady of the house called to inform me that MR APPLIANCE threatened to harm her and her animals and was driving over to come get her.

Within 2 minutes the person at 1-281-830-5817 called my cell and reiterated with unacceptable language and veiled threats. He kept getting louder and more obnoxious and I was forced to end the transmission.

The lady of the house then called me at work to say that the Mr. Appliance guy was parked outside of the house and did NOT call her beyond the threat.

She has used that company for quite a few years and this is unacceptable.

Do NOT USE THEM, unless you want your relatives slaughtered by an insane repair person. DO NOT USE THEM, unless you want your home cased for a burglury and theft.
