It is refreshing to have a service provider allow me to schedule an in-home appointment at a time that is convenient for me! Dean arrived on time, took the time to do a thorough inspection of my dryer vent, made sure I understood what his findings were, didn't pressure me to get work done. The quote was much less than Sears who quoted $189 just for cleaning and didn't offer repair or vent upgrades.

I was optimistic thinking all I needs was a cleaning, but learned that some of my parts were a fire hazard or not installed correctly. I was thrilled with the high quality of material he had on hand, no special order had to be placed for my 113 year old home to have the proper vent installed same day, actually right after his inspection was done!
