FIOS installed the fiberoptic lines without the possibility to change back to the old system. Verizon has the monopoly on this communication system! St. Petersburg

In 2007 Verizon installed the new fiberoptic lines in irving, tx.

They offered low prizes with hidden charges and taxes and they failed to mention that the request for an upgraded system would prevent me from going back to my Broadband system. During a year the costs have trippled and Verizon WILL NOT setup Payments with me, alhtough I have been a customer for 20 Years.

RIPP OFF! I have to pay their Prizes instead of the cheaper broadband system!!
