Rip-off

For the last 4 months I have been receiving bills from this Company that I owe them 70. Ll to fulfill a contract. I never joined their DVD Club. I have made numerous phone calls trying to get this matter straightened out. I have even made a jester of good faith to them to have a family member who is interested
in DVDs pick some out. I have sent 2 letters disputing the charges.

Now the amount is in a Collection Agency. I am very
disgusted with this company. I at first thought it was an honest mistake but now I believe it is a fraudulent way of collecting funds. How many people are going to go through the hassel of dealing with a company with no customer service at your expense. (Postage and telephone calls).instead of all their annoying pop up ads and emails, I would think that this conmpany could at least have a customer service that could get a problem corrected. I know that I will never deal with this
company even if I wanted to buy some DVDs.
