Columbiahouse Says I ordered Dvds, Collection agency harassing. I will not pay if i did not order period

I have been receiving calls from a collection agency for Columbia house. They say I owe 135.00 for Dvds i never ordered. I refuse to pay for services I have not rendered.

The dispicable person on the line from collection agency is telling me to protect my credit and just pay although he understands i did not order from Columbia house.

I asked him would you pay for something you did not order? He said most definitely. I laughed and said what a fool. I will not ever pay for a scammer trying to extort my hard earned income. Especially a large company.

I am astonished they can put this on your credit report and damage a persons integrity and credit. I am shocked and upset by this lie. I asked for an invoice to see what was ordered and they do not have the info as they are just a collection agency.

So this company can just add lies to my credit without me ever having any business with me and then not even show me what was allegedly ordered to my home.

I do not believe anyone ever ordered anything in my name or to my home. I will not ever pay a bill for something i did not order. I do not care if it goes on my credit as it is a matter of principle.

I will however document the days the collection agency calls me and harasses me to pay for something they can't even tell me what it is for.

I will also write Columbia house and tell them they are in fact a scamming lying dirty no good cheating company. Attempting to extort money from people they have done no business with.

I wonder how many people have paid just to keep their credit clean, although they did not ever have any business with Columbia house?

Seems like a hell of a way to make money just extort from the working man.

Shame on you thieving bastards columbia house. I pray you get shut down.
