I recieved collection notices from two different agencies claiming i owe columbia house money. When i call columbia house they claim i owe money for dvds i ordered and club obligation fees from 2004. This is 2011. This is the first time i've been contacted about this. I told them i never joined their club and never recieved any dvds. I also told them that i never recieved any info. From them saying i was in their club. When i asked what was all ordered they didn't know. I have already called twice to get this fixed but they are dragging they're feet. This company is obviously making fraudulant claims to collections agencies. I already warned them that it better get fixed or i'm calling my home owners insurance company and filing a claim under our identity theft/fraud coverage.
