Canceld account and they keep billing me

I ordered this in june and when i realized that it held no information i needed i canceled it. It is now septemeber and they KEEP charging me the 49.50 a month. The only information they say that they have as far as me contacting them is to confirm my log-in information. Actually that was a call to cancel the account. I have the email showing my login information. Why would i need to call about that. I called to CANCEL.

Now they are telling me that the money is not refundable and that is that. When i ask for a supervisor i am told the supervisor is "out to lunch" of course. I want my money back.

Do not use this service. It is not worth it and the people are rude and not willing to help anyone out.
