Ripoff: took $250 from my account for a $5000 grant NEVER AUTHORIZED!

I was contacted by a company called the American Grant Information Guide (AKA American Grant Association), the person on the phone had a very thick Indian accent, and they said I was approved for a $5000 Federal Grant that I could use any way I wish. They already had my routing and account number, and asked me to confirm them.

After the nearly 30 minute call, after confirming all their information, they said they needed a $250 processing fee. I told them I didn't have that much money as I am already a poor college student. They said they could schedule a withdrawl from my account a month from then, but if I still couldn't, the scheduled withdrawl could be cancelled with no obligation.

I told them okay so that it would give me time to research their company and see if this as really ligit. About two weeks later (weeks before the scheduled withdrawl), they took $249 out of my account leaving me with a negative balance. Now my bank is charging me $5 a day for the debt which I can't repay. I'm SCREWED! Please Help!
