Verizon Fios
Being turned over to collection agency for equipment that was returned back in Dec

Verizon has got to be the worst company out there for customer service. We signed up for verizon last year and got the fios package which was supposed to be a flat set rate. Well when the bills came in they were charging us long distance for the phone and they had everything broke down. When calling to try to straighten all this out I was basically put on hold and went through a loop of people who did not know anything, after and hour on the phone I finally got someone in the fios department.

Well the next month rolled around same scenario everything was screwed up so I called and cancelled Verizon and told them to pick up there crap. They said they would have a tech call to come get and he never did, instead someone tagged my door when I was not at home.

So I called verizon and was told to take my equipment to a verizon dealer at the mall which I did and they gave me a receipt, thank god I kept it. Because as of July we get a notice from CCA claiming we owe $753.15 on equipment that was not returned. So for the last 2 months I have spoke to several individuals at verizon and the collection company and have gotten no where.

The last customer service rep that I spoke to was a supervisor named Paul who said he would call me back, guess what he didnt and probally never will. If anyone out there decides to file a class action lawsuit against verizon let me know I would love to get in on it. Or maybe I will start one my self for credit defimation and all the stress this has caused me. Anyway just wanted to vent!
