Their Equipment does not work properly on Fios TV

Several months ago I subscribed to Verizon Fios TV, internet, and phone. The TV boxes have not functioned properly since day one. After hours on the phone to tech support, the problem is still not resolved. We are now told that if they have to send a tech out, we may be charged. All I am asking it that the equipment do what is was represented to do.
