Paid rush delivery returned to sender, deadline missed

Federal Express is no longer a reliable service. I spent a lot of extra money to have a package delivered quickly. I called to confirm delivery and was told it would be delivered on a Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday to say it had not been delivered, they told me they had returned it to the sender and I could not get it back without paying again.

They are totally unreasonable and caused me to miss a deadline! I will never use FedEx again!
