Ripoff If you care about where your package gets delivered don't use Fed Ex

My husband orders his prescription medication from a mail in service through our health plan. These medications are due to be delivered via federal express. On Wednesday, September 20, his medications were delivered, but to my neighbor four houses away. My neighbor came out and found the package tossed on her doorstep and tried to tell the driver he had delivered it to the wrong location, the driver turned and looked at her and walked away. She was kind enough to deliver my package to my house. I contacted the Federal Express office and was told that because I couldn't give them the address of where the driver actually delivered it, there was nothing that could be done. Federal Express doesn't care about quality service only getting their packages delivered, to any address, whether it's right or not.
