Ace Industrial Tool
I ordered some extension cords and they were pink plastic garbage

I was solicited by a salesman from Ace Industrial Tool last month and ordered 6 so called extension cords. What I received was 4 pink plastic jacketed cords I could buy at Walmart for $12.99. I called and was told I couldnt return them and had to pay immediatly. I sent them back and they were refused, now I have a collector named Tim Stearn calling me every other day telling me to pay or they are going to put $259 on my credit. What do I do?
