I ordered sawzall blades and extension cords, supposedly high quality and cords were not UL listed and blades broke and were not tempered for commercial construction and failed prematurely in use, also no shipping or taxes because they were out of state were to be charged and we were still invoiced for the taxes and shipping, when you complain they remove charges, but the method of operation of all crooks is consistence and they really bug you to death on the phone forever, I had to complain to the "Do not call registry".
