I bought a pair of studio beats from them for my daughter for christmas. They arrived in a box from China with no receipt or return address. They appear to be the real thing, but the battery cover will not stay on. I tried to get Monster to repair or resend me one, but they wont without receipt. Now I wonder if these are the real thing. They came in the box with all the cords, paperwork, etc but who knows. Anyway I feel stupid and she cant use them because of a stupid little piece of plastic.
