Lies in court - sells wrong glasses

Igor Sinder owner of Ocen Optical lied in small claims court
He sold me a pair of glasses to be used as sun glasses that were
1/ far too large for my perscription
2/ wrap around not proper for my perscription
3/i had selected smaller frames. He told me they were too small
for my perscription, which is not true based on smaller frames i purchased from him previously
4/ when i went to pick up my glasses i could not see properly and they were either too tight or too loose.
He attempted to adjust them, but it was not working
5/i was leaving on a trip. He told me to try them, that maybe it was a matter of adjusting
i did... They were not working
i attempted to get them adjusted at various optical stores where i had been traveling
they all agreed the glasses were incorrect from my perscription

Also, I paid Igor to replace lenses of a designer pair of glasses and to match the tint. He lost the lenses, could never replace the color and ultimately ruined my glasses.

He refused to acknowledge all of the above.
I then went to Small Claims Court for relief
The first time, he did not show up and i won a decent compensation
The second time, he did appear and Lied and Lied and Lied
The reward was not worth the time and effort and in no way compensates for my losses... Wrong arbitrater plus Igor's bare faced LIES...

He is not a reputable, honest business man.
Once he has your money, he is rude and nonprofessional
I now have an expensive pair of Bulgari glasses I can not wear and another pair which he totally ruined.

I would advise anyone reading this to beware.
