Not trained ripoff senior citzens

When I took my mother to jcpennys optical to get the special on frames and glasses. But it was not! This was june. They took adavantage of a senior citzen. They had my mother buy sun glasses frames, and put a perscrpition in them and charged the oringinal price. It was over $350.00. When my mother got them the glasses were to heavy, they put sores on the back of her ears. And nose. The lens were to heavy. I took her to the eye doctor and he confirmed that these were sun glasses and the tri were to not fiting right and the frames were to big. I took her back to jcpennys optical in greenwood they said they were made right. I told tem what the doctor said. TheyARUGED, SO Icalled new york they told me they would have them make another pair but did not give my mother her money back! Theydid not give the half price deal. So the new pair was made They were made wrong again, jcpennys did not do anything about te new glasses. Because they made her first pair my mistake. The people at jcpennys need to be fired, because they do not do it right. I took my mother to another doctor he said they were made wrong. Jcpennys never did anything. She still paying on these glasses! So today I took her to the eye doctor She told us that the glasses were causing eye starin and headaches, that the tri was off and lower all together the lend were not straight and not straight on her face. My mother is a senior citzen and fixed income. Now she had to get new glasses and had to make payments. Because she take care of a disabled daughter. So be careful of jcpeenys optical
