Stealing money from your checking account Birmingham

I made a payment over the phone using my debit card and their customer service rep. Took over $94.00 out of my account twice without crediting my account for the second draft.

Now they are stalling in refunding my money. I have provided them with all necessary documentation and their own deadlines have past without the refund being issued.

If I had done the same thing - withdrawing funds without authorization - I would have been arrested. This is theft plain and simple.

My bank says it will take over a month to obtain the refund through their system; meanwhile I am out almost $100!
