Dish Network
Used my debit card W/OUT My Authorization and charged my debit account 9.97 - they claim to not know anything about it

Super Savings Today 866-864-3931 is the name on my debit card bank statement. This number when dialed answers to Dish Network.

My debit card company representative states that Dish Network may have gotten my debit information from Credit Report.com which she states may have sold my information to a third-party advertiser.

I spoke to both companies and they claim they do not know how the information was stolen from my debit card.
