First they set my move date within 5 days so I could not receive my refund. Then forced my wife into signing false forms in order to get the move date changed stating if she did not do this we would lose out on our money

We have dealt with Jose Pino and another customer rep. Know only as Alec. We have had nothing but problems with these two. They falsely set up a move date for us when we had not agreed to be picked up. The pick up date was made within 5 days of the cancellation time given in order to receive a refund from the company.

They also pressured my wife into signing forms so they could stop the movers from picking up.By signing these forms made it look as though we were in agreement of the pick up dates but my wife did clearly put on the forms that the first pick up dates were not agreed upon by us. The only thing we asked was what would be the soonest pick up date they would have and they went ahead on their own to schedule the pick up date on their own. They also claim to have recorded the conversation but still fail to come up with the recording.

After reporting them to the BBB in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. (561-842-1918) we found out they have other fraudulent claims against them. We went ahead and scheduled a pickup date against them for 8/25/08 or 8/26/08 and have yet to see them or hear from them. We have left numerous messages with Mr. Pino but he seems to be unavailable all the time or maybe yet he's off somewhere on vacation with my money he received.

I do not receommend anyone using this company for anything, not even for moving port-a-potties or outhouses. If you like what you have it's better to go with a name mover instead of trying to save a few bucks on a scam.
