The 800 number customer service is only capable of giving quotes and then calling the local franchise, who has not answered their cell phone for two days. Considerably, over priced for moving any distance.
Recommend not to utilize for moving any distance greater than your front yard. Do not expect them to remove or deliver the POD at the time or in the manner that they say will happen.
When ordering the POD I was told they take out a third of the money when they drop it off and the rest when come back to pick it up. He explained how that is to help the customer with the cost. So it's not such a large amount at one time. They took the full amount when they dropped off the POD. Which would have been fine if that was My orders changed and I ended up not needing to move at all. They took the full amount out when they dropped it off. They now will not come and pick it up. I had a pick up date scheduled for the move from Texas to South Carolina. I am not sure why but the original date for them to pick it up is now not open. I understand not being able to pick it up early... But do not understand why the original date cannot be upheld. If I was still moving that would mean my furniture would be there a whole week after I arrive. How is that professional?!?!
