Disastrous experience with Arpin Van Lines

I contracted with Arpin Van Lines 2 months ago to move me from NJ to Delray Beach, Fl with a specific pickup date. One day before my scheduled and frequently confirmed move date, Arpin called and said they could not move me / had no trucks availabe/were at the mercy of their dispatcher, etc. And I could find another mover if I wished. Are you kidding? I had already given notice to my landlord, arranged to have my car and pets transported etc.
The original agent, All-Jersey-Movers had to step in and pick up my possessions on the scheduled move date expecting Arpin to pick it up from them the next day.
It has been 12 days since All-Jersey picked up my stuff and Arpin still has not sent a truck. Now everything I own has been off - loaded, and all moving packing/blankets to protect my furniture removed and it is sitting in a warehouse with no action from Arpin. Everyone at Arpin has been useless, Barbara, Bonny, Kerry and Joe Kubiskey. They have refused my requests to speak with David Arpin.
I am in Fl and cannot work as my computer and all files are in NJ, my refrigerator, clothing etc are all there.
Do NOT deal with Arpin - they do not honor their contracts and are totally unresponsive.
