This company is VERY RUDE in correspondence. Here is the email I got back from them tonight after my chemo treatment today!

Ms Karen,
Your order was cancelled when you refused to respect our published order policy. We waited a couple of hours and still you refused to reply.
Maybe you should learn to check your email?
With all that being said we do not tolerate customers that do not provide the information that we require to complete the transaction and that become belligerent when we ask then to comply.
As regards complaints online we are aware of them and they typically involve scammers that have been discovered by our security department and banned from our website.
Hopefully we have cleared up any confusion that you may have about how we conduct our business.
