Refused to credit $94.89 after fraudulant withdrawal, very rude, uncooperative, no "service" ever received

I went to website to order a grant cd for $1.99. I received the cd and then found that my checking account was charged for $94.89. I contacted customer service immediately and was told that the charge was for a membership that I agrred to, although there was no information visible, and no confirmation was sent to confirm an order for a membership either by email or postal mail. The customer service department cancelled my order immediately, but refused to provide a refund because I did not want to follow a cancellation policy. The policy would require me to accept the membership and use it for a minimum of 30 days and then file for cancellation after explaining to them why I was not satisfied with their service.

I filed a dispute through my bank and after 3 months was refused a refund because IDS provided some sort of documentation that I ordered and received the service. Consequently, the bank and now customer support at IDS will no longer discuss the situation. IDS employees have been extremely rude and uncooperative. They insist that I had access to their site for membership services, although the membership was cancelled within a day of the charge appearing on my account. No membership name was ever provided and as of June 10 the company will not provide me with any documentation of what was provided to my banking institution.

IDS ultimately stands on one argument, which is that they do not have to refund money if the cancellation policy is not followed. However, the cancellation policy is provided after the fact. No confirmation was sent to me to alert me that a membership was purchased so it could be cancelled before the debit was made to my account.
