Full Refund Requested - Grohe whower system

My order was delayed for 3 months over and over again - my entire project held up because of this - after I cancelled with Irawoods, they proceed to send me the order previously cancelled with their customer service manager named Kathy who assured that a refund without fees is confirmed. I refused the order because after I cancelled, I had re-ordered the entire system with another company so I can complete my renovation project. Then I get an email from Irawoods threatening to charge me penalties for refusing the order. This is after they NEVER returning my numerous calls before I refused the order. I again call this Kathy woman and left messages again!!! Irawoods is unresponsive, irresponsible and very irritating to deal with. Communication would have avoided this whole needless drama! Irawoods need to communicate with their customers!!!
