Consistently charge late charges when payment has been mailed in plenty of time, it took them 11 days to post a payment that was mailed in Bakersfield to LA City Of Industry California

This has been an ongoing problem, it seems that no matter how early I mail the payment, they charge a late charge. I mailed the payment on Sept. 5 and they posted it on Sept. 16 - 11 days from the date it was mailed. The payment only goes to City of Industry, which is about 100 miles south of Bakersfield. It makes no sense that it would take 11 days to get to LA - it only takes 3 days to get a payment processed that is mailed to Delaware!

I have tried calling the 800 number listed on the bill and have been on hold forever and never able to speak to a rep. I also called our local Costco store and they said they can't do anything about the bill as they have no access to the information.

I am so frustrated having to deal with this almost every month, I am ready to join Sam's Club and forget Costco exists! Apparently I am not alone in this problem - if there was a way to sue these guys, I am all for it!
