AHS Takes your $, They are Liars, And They Don't Cover Anything When You Need Them!

It's all very simple, AHS is a total ripoff. They find every excuse to tell you that you are not covered. They tell you you are covered, then they deny coverage; they send repairmen unprepared to do the job they were sent to do; they charge you a $55 fee, then they tell you that you are not covered, then they tell you you can get a second diagnosis at your own expense. More $ for you to dish-out and sometimes you don't have time to look for someone else and then wait until they can come out to inspect.

I had an emergency and had someone available immediately to do the job. AHS approved it. Then when I sent them the invoice of cost, they told me that I was not covered for that job and that they did not approve it, and would not reimburse me. They are liars. I specifically asked about coverage and was told that I would be covered. The representative told me to have the job done, send in the invoice and that I would get reimbursed. Representatives give misinformation. When you call them, they claim to have all your info, then you speak to 5 or 10 different departments and none of them know what you are talking about!

I cancelled 3 accounts with them because they refused to pay for coverage that I was told had been approved! I spent hundreds of $ for several years that I supposedly had coverage for (3 properties). I cancelled all 3 accounts with AHS for their lack of service, lies, misconception, and misinformation. I sent a report to BBB and AHS responded with lies to them too. I would like to know if anyone out there knows of a class action suit against AHS, because I would like to be included. Please let me know.
