American Home shield ripoff deceptive refuses to pay claims won't tell customers how much coverage they have on covered items

We were supposedly covered for our heating system—still had to shell out $1,200. Supposedly covered for central air, still cost us $1,900. Found out from our service tech that we're only allowed $600 coverage for central air. Ever heard of a central a/c you can get for $600?

I don't even remember how many times the thermostat in our oven has been replaced. The two large burners on the stove have been replaced and are burned out again. The whole unit is 24 years old and they refuse to replace it. They'd rather spend more repairing it.

I was told by a "service representative" at AHS that customers are not allowed to know how much coverage we have.

Total scam. They weasel out of paying for everything
