Discrimation of coverage Virignia

My report deals with the discrimation that BCBS is allowed to engage in regarding their coverage policies. If someone is covered by BCBS and is eligible for Medicare or government employee, more procedures are covered. Recently I needed a procedure and it has been approved by FDA and is covered by Medicare. BCBS covers this procedure only if you are medicare eligible, government employee or depending on which state you reside. BCBS must cover approved medicare procedures and federal laws prohibit them from denying coverage for any FDA approved procedures for government employees. The rest of us out here paying premiums cannot receive the same health care. To me that is a rip off. If I were eligible for Medicare or a government employee the procedure would not have be disappoved. BCBS is not consistant with what they consider experimental and not. Time for a change

When is someone going to speak up for the working class of people who are paying premiums and not getting the coverage that is offorded others under the same insurance provider. Enough is enough. We need help from someone who will listen and give everyone same health care that our elderly, disabled and government employees enjoy. How BCBS can say a procedure is experimental and not covered and then some BCBS covers the same procedure depending on the state you
reside, Medicare eligible and government employees is a ripoff.
